SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS PAGE:

Shipping:
Orders received will be shipped within 24 hours on in-stock products. Out of stock items will ship in a timely manner and as soon they become available. It could take up 60 days to ship out-of-stock or custom-configured products.

Free Shipping and Discounts:

  1. Discount only applied to qualifying products and will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
  2. Certain merchandise and brands might be excluded.
  3. Offer valid only while supplies last and excludes out of stock & clearance merchandise and is not applicable to canceled orders due to out-of-stock merchandise.
  4. Gift certificates, gift cards, taxes, shipping and handling charges are excluded from any discount or free shipping offers.
  5. Discount not applicable with returned merchandise; total discount will be deducted from the value of any returned item to which the discount applied.
  6. Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer nor is this offer valid on previous purchases. Entire order must be shipped to a single address and customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
  7. Shipping offers apply only to standard ground delivery. This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Additional exclusions may apply.
  8. Hot Deals merchandise and Flash Sale are excluded from any discounts but may qualify for Free Shipping.
  9. THIS OFFER IS NOT VALID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

NOTE: You must select the "Ground Shipping" to qualify for Free Shipping. Otherwise, the full-expedited shipping charge will be applied. Free Shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental U.S. only.

 

Damaged Freight Policy:
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us and to the shipping company within 48 hours; do not discard box or packing.

Returns:
All warranties are held by the respective manufacturer.
As a factory authorized distributor, we honor factory warranties if you choose to send it back to us. To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must request an RMA number.
We also take great care to insure our database is complete and accurate. In the event that you do get an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to you. We will gladly reship freight paid to you if it is our mistake.
Items returned for credit must be as new and undamaged, with all accessories and instruction sheets in the original box. Items that show signs of installation, use, or missing parts cannot be accepted. If there is no problem found with the product and it is returned due to ordering the wrong item or changed mind, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Bulbs, Strobe Tubes, Full-Size Lightbars and special orders are not returnable. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please call prior to returning your order for instructions and to get an RMA. UPS or FedEx is recommended for tracking your return to us.
